The Vicki Stevens Band will perform again at Emerson Vineyards on Sunday, August 23rd from 12:30 to 4:30. We had great fun during their first visit on Fathers’ Day, even though rain drove us indoors, and we’re looking forward to their return. This time we’re likely to be able to stay outside on the deck. They offer a fun, fresh approach to live rock, rhythm and blues, and their casual yet energetic presence makes for a great day whether you’re dancing or socializing. Tickets are $10 at the door, but admission is free for Waldo Society members! We will once again have lunch available for purchase, this time by Field to Table catering company. They’ve lined up hamburgers, fish tacos, black bean burgers, salads, and some lemon verbena shortbread ice cream sandwiches with house made vanilla bean ice cream that weaken the knees with anticipation.
